Clinical
Developed and implemented evidence based clinical protocols, quality improvement initiative, quality audits processes and policy increasing patient satisfaction and outcomes, improving efficiency and increasing the size of the department. Have fostered an environment where research, education technology and professional development is prioritised and the department recognised as meeting high standards of quality as JCI and NABH auditors have appreciated the departments processes and policies. Have developed and founder of Functional Movement analysis and Treatment Strategy (F-MATS) approach – a holistic novel approach for assessment and treatment of neurological impairments and spinal disorders.
