Dr. Dharam Pandey

The clinical visionary and driving force behind APARC — Dr. Dharam Pandey co-founded APARC Health & Motion in 1999 with a conviction that world-class physiotherapy should be accessible to every patient, not just those with access to premium hospitals.

With over 25 years of clinical expertise spanning neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedic physiotherapy and sports medicine, Dr. Pandey has personally guided thousands of complex patients through recovery — including stroke, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease and traumatic brain injury cases that had exhausted other options.

As Chairman and MD, Dr. Pandey oversees APARC's clinical strategy, technology adoption and the continuous development of treatment protocols across the entire network. His leadership was instrumental in establishing the ACNR Neurorehabilitation Centre and the ShardaCare Rehabilitation Facility — North India's most advanced rehabilitation facilities of their kind.

Areas of Expertise

Neurological Rehabilitation Orthopaedic Physiotherapy Sports Physiotherapy Stroke Rehabilitation Rehabilitation Medicine Technology-Aided Rehab
Co-founded APARC in 1999 — grew from one clinic to 15+ centres across 5 cities
Architect of the ACNR Neurorehabilitation Centre — North India's most advanced neuro facility

Personally treated thousands of complex neurological and orthopaedic cases over 25 years

"Our patients do not come to us for exercises. They come to us to get their lives back. That responsibility drives everything we do at APARC — every technology we adopt, every therapist we train, every protocol we develop."

— Dr. Dharam Pandey, Chairman & MD, APARC Health & Motion

Dr. Meenakshi Rajput

Co-founder and Executive Director of APARC — Dr. Meenakshi Rajput is the guardian of clinical quality, patient experience and operational standards across every APARC centre, ensuring that the standard of care is never compromised regardless of location.

Dr. Rajput co-founded APARC alongside Dr. Dharam Pandey in 1999, bringing deep clinical expertise in neurological and musculoskeletal physiotherapy alongside a meticulous focus on systems, protocols and patient-centred care.

As Executive Director, Dr. Rajput leads the clinical governance function — overseeing therapist training and development, treatment protocol design and review, and patient outcome measurement across the network. Her work ensures that every patient, at every APARC centre, receives care that meets the same rigorous clinical standard she set when APARC first opened.

Dr. Naresh Kumar

Co-founder and Vice President responsible for APARC's growth — Dr. Naresh Kumar has led the strategic expansion of APARC from a single Delhi clinic to a network spanning 15+ centres across five cities in two states.

Dr. Kumar joined Dr. Dharam Pandey and Dr. Meenakshi Rajput as a co-founder at APARC's inception in 1999, taking charge of the business development and network expansion function that has been the engine of APARC's remarkable growth over 25 years.

His expertise lies in identifying high-need communities and establishing clinical partnerships with hospitals and institutions — bringing APARC's expertise directly into the heart of Delhi's major hospital campuses across Rohini, Dwarka, Pitampura, Karkardooma, Paschim Vihar and Janakpuri, before expanding to Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida and Pune.

Areas of Expertise

Business Development Hospital Partnerships Network Expansion Multi-City Operations Operational Strategy
Led the opening and establishment of all 15+ APARC centres across Delhi NCR and Pune
Negotiated and manages partnerships with 10+ major Delhi hospitals including Manipal and Jaipur Golden
Drove APARC's expansion beyond Delhi — Gurugram (2015), Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Pune (2024)

"Every new centre we open is not a business decision first — it is a decision about which community still lacks access to quality rehabilitation. That principle has guided every expansion decision we have made."

— Dr. Naresh Kumar, Vice President, APARC Health & Motion

Mrs. Namita Mishra

Mrs. Mishra co-founded APARC in 1999 and has led the finance and administration function through every stage of the organisation's growth — from single clinic to a 15+ centre network employing over 100 clinical and operational professionals.

Her work encompasses financial planning and management, human resources strategy and people development, and the administrative systems that ensure APARC operates efficiently and sustainably. The patient experience that APARC is known for — responsive, organised, reliable — is a direct reflection of the operational standards Mrs. Mishra has built and maintained.

The Values That Unite Our Founders

Four people, four distinct roles — one shared set of values that has never changed in 25 years.

Patient Above All

Every decision — clinical, operational, financial — is filtered through a single question: what is best for the patient? This has been true since APARC's first day in 1999.

Evidence, Always

No treatment is offered at APARC without a clinical evidence base. The leadership team's commitment to evidence-based practice underpins every protocol in the network.

Never Stop Improving

From adopting the first robotic rehabilitation technology to opening the ACNR centre — APARC's founders have always looked ahead, not behind. Continuous improvement is a founding principle.

Access for All

APARC was founded because quality physiotherapy should not be the preserve of a few. 15+ centres across Delhi NCR and Pune — plus home physiotherapy — reflect that founding commitment.
