The content on this website is provided for general information and education only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it must never be treated as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
No doctor–patient relationship
Browsing this website, reading its content, or submitting an enquiry or booking request does not create a doctor–patient or physiotherapist–patient relationship between you and APARC Health & Motion or any of its clinicians. Such a relationship begins only after a formal assessment at one of our centres or during a scheduled home or online consultation.
Every person’s condition is different
Physiotherapy and rehabilitation are not one-size-fits-all. The techniques, timelines, technologies and exercise programmes described on this website may not be appropriate for you. Recovery varies widely between individuals depending on diagnosis, severity, general health, age and other factors.
Any rehabilitation programme should be personalised following a proper clinical assessment. Do not begin, change or stop any exercise or treatment described here without first speaking to a qualified clinician who has assessed you.
Never delay seeking medical advice
Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you have read on this website. If you are already under the care of a medical team, always follow their guidance.
When to seek urgent medical attention
Physiotherapy is not the right first response to a sudden or severe change in your condition. Seek emergency medical care immediately — do not book a physiotherapy appointment instead — if you experience any of the following:
- Sudden weakness, numbness or drooping of the face, arm or leg, difficulty speaking, or sudden loss of vision or balance — these may indicate a stroke
- Loss of bladder or bowel control, numbness around the groin, inner thighs or buttocks, or worsening weakness in both legs
- Chest pain, severe breathlessness, or a suspected fracture or dislocation
- Severe pain following a fall, accident or injury
- Fever, unexplained weight loss or night pain alongside new back or neck pain
In an emergency in India, call 112 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Results and outcomes
Any description of treatment approaches, technologies or programmes on this website is a description of what we offer — not a promise of a particular outcome. No clinician can guarantee a specific result from rehabilitation.
