No — you can self-refer directly to any APARC centre without a referral letter. If you have a referral, recent X-ray, MRI or scan report, please bring it to your first appointment as it helps us plan your treatment more effectively.

Your first appointment includes a full physiotherapy assessment — a detailed evaluation of your condition, medical history, movement, strength and functional ability. Your therapist will then present a personalised treatment plan with clear goals and recommended session frequency.

For calls and WhatsApp messages, we typically confirm same-day. For emails, we respond within one working day. All confirmations are by call or WhatsApp.

Yes — female physiotherapists are available at our centres. Please mention this preference when booking and we will ensure your appointment is scheduled with a female therapist.

Please bring any recent medical reports, X-rays, MRIs or scans relevant to your condition. Also bring any referral letters from your doctor if available, and wear or bring comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated.
