Assessment & Feasibility
We assess your situation — whether you are starting fresh or upgrading — and produce a clear feasibility overview. This includes a look at the local market, the opportunity size, the investment required and the realistic timeline.
Partnership Agreement
We agree the terms of collaboration — clearly and transparently. This covers the scope of support, the use of the APARC brand, financial arrangements and the mutual expectations of both parties.
Setup & Training
The hands-on work begins. Space planning, equipment sourcing, systems setup, staff recruitment guidance, branding installation — and clinical training at an APARC centre so you and your team are ready to deliver at the APARC standard from day one.
Launch
Your centre opens under the APARC name — with marketing support, local outreach, digital presence setup and referral pathway activation. APARC supports the launch period closely to ensure a strong start.
