What Sets APARC Apart

01

15+ Centres Across Delhi NCR & Pune

North, South, East and West Delhi, two Gurugram centres, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida and Kharadi Pune — APARC is closer to you than any other specialist physiotherapy network in the region. No matter where you are in NCR, there is an APARC centre within reach.

02

Embedded in India's Leading Hospitals

Most APARC centres operate within major hospital campuses — Manipal, Jaipur Golden, Maharaja Agrasen, ShardaCare HealthCity and more. This means your physiotherapist and your medical specialist are in the same building, sharing information and coordinating your care seamlessly.

03

India's Most Technology-Equipped Physio Network

40+ specialist rehabilitation technologies across the APARC network — robotic gait training, VR therapy, 3D gait analysis, FES, TMS, shockwave, laser, hydrotherapy, anti-gravity treadmill and more. No other physiotherapy network in Delhi NCR comes close to this technology range.

04

North India's Premier Neurorehabilitation Centre

ACNR at Pitampura is one of the most comprehensively equipped neurorehabilitation centres in North India — offering residential, daycare and outpatient programmes for stroke, SCI, TBI, Parkinson's and more. Nothing comparable exists elsewhere in the region.

05

Home Physiotherapy Across Delhi NCR & Pune

Can't travel? APARC physiotherapists come to you. Home physiotherapy is available across all of Delhi, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida and Kharadi Pune — for post-surgical patients, mobility-limited patients and anyone who needs specialist care at home.

06

Co-Founded & Led by Practising Clinicians

APARC was founded in 1999 by four physiotherapists — Dr. Dharam Pandey, Dr. Meenakshi Rajput, Dr. Naresh Kumar and Mrs. Namita Mishra. Clinical quality is owned by clinicians, not a management layer above them. Every decision is made by people who understand what good physiotherapy looks like.

07

25 Years — Proven, Not Promising

Founded in 1999. 50,000+ patients successfully treated. Still growing. APARC's track record is not a marketing claim — it is 25 years of consistent clinical outcomes, patient referrals and expanding demand. We are not a startup. We are a proven network.

08

No Referral. No Waiting List. First Session Is a Full Assessment.

You do not need a doctor's referral. You do not wait weeks for an appointment. When you arrive, your first session is a full, unhurried clinical assessment — with a treatment plan by the end. This is how physiotherapy should work.

Common Questions

Do I need a referral to book at APARC?
No — you can self-refer directly. Call, WhatsApp or book online. If you have medical reports or imaging, bring them to your first appointment as they help your physiotherapist plan more effectively.
Are APARC physiotherapists qualified?
Yes — all APARC physiotherapists hold recognised degrees in physiotherapy (BPT minimum, many hold MPT or specialist qualifications) from accredited Indian universities. Physiotherapists are also required to complete continuing professional development (CPD) as part of their role at APARC.
Which APARC centre should I go to?
For most musculoskeletal and general physiotherapy conditions, your nearest APARC centre is the right choice. For neurological rehabilitation — stroke, SCI, TBI, Parkinson's — ACNR Pitampura or APARC ShardaCare HealthCity offer the most comprehensive neurorehabilitation technology and MDT. Call +91-9818911195 and our team will guide you to the right centre for your condition.
Is APARC more expensive than other physiotherapy providers?
APARC's fees are competitive with other specialist physiotherapy providers in Delhi NCR. The value is in the quality of assessment, the range of treatment options and the clinical outcomes — which reduce the total number of sessions needed and the likelihood of recurrence. Call your nearest centre for current pricing.
